Fajitas & Baja

Fajitas style are meats or seafood marinated with onions and peppers and fire-roasted with mesquite-flavored herbs and spices. Baja style are meats or seafood marinated with onions and peppers and seasoned with a medium-spicy blend of Southwest herbs, fired-roasted blackened-style.

All Fajitas and Baja are served with soup or salad, refried beans, Spanish rice and tortillas.

Shrimp Fajitas
Large gulf shrimp seasoned with fajita spices, fire-roasted and sautéed with bell peppers and onions. Served with guacamole.
