Corn tortilla stuffed with your choice of shredded beef, chicken, Monterey
Jack cheese or chorizo topped with enchilada sauce and melted Monterey
Jack cheese.
Enchiladas de California
Flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of shredded chicken, beef or Monterey
Jack cheese and covered with shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream
and our mild rojo sauce.
Artichoke Enchilada
Corn tortilla stuffed with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and onions, topped
with our sweet red bell pepper sauce and Monterey Jack cheese. Served
with Charro beans and Spanish rice. Low in fat.
Enchiladas Rancheras
Corn tortilla stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese and covered with onions,
bell peppers tomato Rancheras sauce.
Crab or Shrimp Enchilada
This special dish was created by our chef for seafood lovers. A large
flour tortilla stuffed with your choice of crab or bay shrimp or a combination
and topped with Blanca sauce, Monterey Jack cheese, sliced olives and
diced tomatoes. Served with Spanish rice or a salad with choice of dressings.

Southwest Enchilada
Corn tortilla stuffed with your choice or shredded beef, topped with medium-spicy
Cilantro-Tomatillo sauce and melted Monterey Jack cheese. Served with Charro
beans and Spanish
rice. Low in fat.
Espana`s Tacos
Corn tortilla stuffed with shredded chicken or beef, lettuce, cheese and
our mild rojo sauce. Available in either crisp or soft tortilla.
Crab Cake Tacos
Two corn tortillas stuffed with tender Dungeness crab cakes, cabbage,
onions, and cilantro, topped with a mild spicy lime-cilantro sauce.
Served with Charro beans and Spanish rice.
Enchiladas Suizas
Corn tortilla stuffed with shredded chicken, topped with our special red
rojo sauce, Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream.
Fish Tacos
Two soft corn tortillas, stuffed with battered Cod, cabbage, onion, cilantro
and topped with our mild-spicy lime-cilantro sauce. Served with Charro
beans and rice.
